Havana, Mi Amor

Synopsis

Every evening the inhabitants of Havana gather in front of their television sets to dive into the world of Telenovelas. These days it seems as though ancient Soviet devices can no longer fulfill their wish to escape reality. "Havana, mi amor" tells of their struggle in contrast to those soap opera images. A film about the real Cuba, an homage to love, old television sets, and one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
