Two sisters, teetering between childhood and fear, confront the shadow of war with the help of imaginary companions and a mother desperate to protect their innocence.
Synopsis
On the verge of sleep, two young sisters confront the creeping fear that war brings. They find solace in the company of imaginary figures—an indifferent turtle, a prickly hedgehog, a missile, and a tooth fairy who doesn’t quite exist. Meanwhile, their mother does everything she can to protect their innocence, only to discover that shielding them from the world’s harsh realities is harder than she ever imagined.
